These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Products

We sell non-hotfix flatback glass rhinestones for craft, nail, costume and apparel use. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but screen calibration varies and product photography cannot perfectly reproduce a physical stone. Colour and size may also vary slightly between production batches. See our colour chart and size chart for guidance.

Intended use and safety

These are small glass items intended for craft use by adults. They are not toys and present a choking hazard — keep them away from children and pets. When applying stones to skin, nails or anything worn on the body, follow the instructions of the adhesive manufacturer and use a product intended for that purpose. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate adhesive and application method for your project.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the order.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy in full before ordering, and use our size chart and colour chart to confirm your choice.

Availability

Stock levels change and some sizes may be temporarily unavailable. Where a product is shown as sold out we will restock where we can, but we do not guarantee that any particular colour or size will remain available.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, product photography, our size and colour charts, and our branding — belongs to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You are welcome to link to our reference pages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of an event or deadline, or the cost of labour, garments, tumblers, adhesives or other materials used in a project — you are responsible for testing our product on your own materials before committing to a finished piece.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on dispatch, and we are not liable for loss, theft, delay or damage occurring in transit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
